Learning takes time. Especially when learning new skills of sufficient complexity. That's why we track your streak to encourage you to stay consistent and actually understand what you're doing—not just memorize some mindless steps.

If you forgot your password and need a new one, tap "Forgot password" on the login screen in the app.

We'll send you a link to that email address, which will enable you to create a new password for your account. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the reset email in your inbox!

If you signed up with an invalid email address, you will not be able to change your password. Please contact support@myaleph.ai to update your email address.

We offer a Family Plan for Aleph Omega! Now you can share all the benefits of Aleph Omega with 3 of your family and friends.

When you join, start, or leave a Family Plan, your learning progress and streak will not be affected.

You can cancel your Aleph Omega subscription at any time.

You will need to cancel your subscription through the Stripe portal, which can be accessed by clicking the "Subscription" button under the "MORE" button in the app.

Deleting the app and/or your account does not cancel your subscription.

Generally, all charges for in-app purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
